As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to price transparency and to ensuring that every patient receives the same high standard of care—whether services are funded by insurance, grants, or community support.

How We Support Your Care

Insurance Billing:

We bill all major insurance plans for eligible services.

Assisted Care:

For those without insurance or facing financial hardship, we use grants and community donations to help cover the cost of care, transportation, and related medical services in partnership with Wilmington Medical Care and other providers.

No Difference in Care:

Your payment method never affects the quality or availability of your care.

How Payment Works

•Insurance: We accept most major insurance plans. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are determined by your plan.
•Assisted Care: If you do not have insurance or cannot afford your portion of costs, you may qualify for financial assistance supported by grants and donations. Our team will help you explore all available options.
•No Upfront Payment Required for Eligible Patients: If you qualify for assistance, we will coordinate payment directly—so you can focus on your recovery.
•Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, checks, debit/credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

Our Standard Service Rates

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA, 60 min)	$300	In-depth intake evaluation with a licensed clinician.
Individual Therapy Session (60 min)	$140	Standard trauma-focused therapy session.
EMDR Therapy (60 min)	$200	Evidence-based therapy for trauma and PTSD.
Family Counseling Session (60 min)	$250	For families of three or more.
Group Therapy (60 min)	$75	Psychoeducational and support groups.
Crisis Intervention	$300	Immediate response for acute crisis situations.
Clinical Psychological Evaluation	$300	Diagnostic interview, testing, and written report.
Transportation Assistance	Varies	Provided as needed, based on eligibility and availability.
Medical Care Coordination	Varies	In partnership with Wilmington Medical Care.
